Eric Wetherington Director/Broker-in-Charge, MPM RMP
Meet Our Broker-in-Charge and Director: Eric Wetherington, MPM RMPEricw@NewHeightsPM.com
Eric leads New Heights Property Management after a real estate career that has spanned the last 20 years. He serves the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) as President-Elect in 2018, and will serve as President of the organization in 2019.
As a leading speaker and trainer in the areas of Real Estate Law, Fair Housing, Title Insurance, and Sales Techniques, Eric has helped people succeed in property management and business leadership. He is a certified continuing education instructor in South Carolina.
Eric resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area with his wife, Leigh. Rachel and Joshua, his two children, are in college, and when he’s not hard at work, Eric enjoys singing and directing choirs, cooking, travelling, and spending time outdoors.
Shannon Rae Daugherty Operations Manager

Shannon joined the New Heights Property Management team in December 2019 as the Operations Manager. She has 15 years of management experience in the multifamily industry.
Shannon moved to Charleston, SC in 2019 and was married in October 2020. She and her husband have 3 grown boys, 1 grown daughter and 1 grandbaby. They also have three furry children that enjoy spending time with mom and dad at the beach or at the local restaurants. Shannon enjoys travel, the beach, food and cooking, her family and of course, the furry kids!
Lawren Sprout Executive Assistant

Lawren is a licensed Property Manager who has been with New Heights Property Management since 2016. During her time with New Heights, she has served in multiple roles including Assistant Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. She is currently the Senior Maintenance Coordinator and helps with other operational duties within the office. Lawren enjoys working for New Heights because they truly care about their employees, owners, and tenants.
With a father in the United States Navy, Lawren grew up in places like Hawaii and California. After moving back to South Carolina, she received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and U.S. History from Charleston Southern University. When she is not working, Lawren enjoys watching hockey and spending time with friends, family, her husband DJ and her black lab, Seeley.

Lisa Richard recently relocated to South Carolina from Illinois. She loves the Low Country, weather and people. Most weekends you can find her at the Beach, her most favorite pastime. Travel, family time, new adventures with friends and her “Foodie” addiction would round out her top 5 favorites.
Lisa comes to New Heights Property Management bringing 17 plus years of Property Management experience from the multi family side of the industry. She has prides herself on her customer relationships, fair housing record, and a “whatever it takes” motto. She enjoys working closely with team members, homeowners and tenants to ensure the best rental experience.
Anna Cogdill Property Manager

Anna has been a Property Manager and a New Heights team member for 2 years! In her freetime she loves reading and doing yoga. She is also a photographer on the weekends. She loves making people smile and making the most of each day. She loves traveling although she can never decide between the beach and the mountains since they are both her happy places. She hopes to travel more in the future and cannot wait to see where life takes her!

Nathan DiGiacomo is our Accountant. He worked as an Office Manager for over 10 years and a Staff Accountant for 3 years before joining New Heights in October 2019. He moved to the Charleston area with his wife Molly in 2016 after graduating from Ohio State University. In his free time, he enjoys reading a good book, playing tennis and basketball, and tracking his family's genealogy.
Jake Pye Maintenance Technician

Jake has been with New Heights since 2012 and has many years of experience in electrical and plumbing work. His favorite part of his job is being able to meet new people. He likes working for New Heights because they always focus on providing great service to their customers and clients.
Born and raised in Charleston, Jake enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors. When he is not working, you can find Jake spending time with his wife and their 6 children. They enjoy camping together and listening to classic rock around a campfire.
Nicole Ivey Property Manager

Nicole has called Charleston home since summer of 2018 and has been a part of the New Heights team since June 2020. She moved from Charlotte, NC where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology. She has extensive customer service experience and has worked in property management for three years now.
Nicole loves working with others and is dedicated to providing exceptional service. She has two pups that keep her busy and active outside of work. She also loves exploring the historic area of Charleston and trying new local restaurants.

Priscila prefers to start her day with a cup of tea and when she is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Amanda Smart Business Development Manager
Meet Amanda Smart
Mandy is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. She moved to Charleston over 3 years ago and has been in the property management industry for 4 years with experience in multi-family, short-term vacation rentals and now long term residential. Her passion is helping others and her favorite part about property management is making a stressful process as simple and easy as possible for both her clients and tenants. She has two fur babies and enjoys being outdoors, living a healthy lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.
