Eric Wetherington Director/Broker-in-Charge, MPM RMP
Meet Our Broker-in-Charge and Director: Eric Wetherington, MPM RMPEricw@NewHeightsPM.com
Eric leads New Heights Property Management after a real estate career that has spanned the last 20 years. He serves the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) as President-Elect in 2018, and will serve as President of the organization in 2019.
As a leading speaker and trainer in the areas of Real Estate Law, Fair Housing, Title Insurance, and Sales Techniques, Eric has helped people succeed in property management and business leadership. He is a certified continuing education instructor in South Carolina.
Eric resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area with his wife, Leigh. Rachel and Joshua, his two children, are in college, and when he’s not hard at work, Eric enjoys singing and directing choirs, cooking, travelling, and spending time outdoors.
Shannon Lorenzen Operations Manager

Shannon joined the New Heights Property Management team in late December 2019 as the Operations Manager. She has 14 years of management experience in the multifamily property management industry. She is extremely excited to join the team, offering her knowledge and focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Shannon and her fiance recently moved to Charleston, SC from Northern Kentucky with their three furry babies. She has three grown boys all in different areas of the country, as well as a soon-to-be step-daughter. She and her fiance moved to Charleston to be closer to the beach and to enjoy the history and food scene. On weekends, you will typically find them exploring the area. Shannon enjoys travel, antiques, her dogs, her children, cooking, and exploring new places to dine!

Robin Heminger has been with New Heights Property Management for 3 years in multiple roles. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the Broker. Robin enjoys working for New Heights Property Management because they truly care about their employees and the community. She has had the pleasure of helping raise money for multiple charities throughout the years including one that is very close to her heart, The March of Dimes.
Robin is originally from small town York, South Carolina. She moved to Charleston to attend College of Charleston, fell in love with the city and never left. Robin and her husband have been married for 8 years and they have 2 dogs they adore, a Westie and a Cairn terrier. In her free time, Robin enjoys listening to music, trying out new restaurants, spending time at the beach and biking the Greenway.
Lawren Sprout Senior Property Manager

Lawren has been with New Heights since 2016, and before becoming a property manager worked closely with the property management team as an Assistant Property Manager. This provided valuable experience, making her transition into the property manager role seamless.
With a military father, Lawren was able to spend time all over the country while she was growing up. After moving back to South Carolina, Lawren received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and U.S. History from Charleston Southern University. When she’s not working, Lawren enjoys watching hockey and spending time with friends, family, and her black lab, Seeley.
Nickie Bennett Senior Property Manager

Nickie is a Charleston Native and has been with the company for 7 years.
She has managed the Dorchester and Berkeley county portfolio for most of her Property Management career. Nickie loves the company for not only the customer service they provide but the dedication to their work family and community involvement. Nickie currently lives in the Summerville area and outside of work, Nickie enjoys boating in the Charleston Waters and cookouts with family.

Lisa Richard recently relocated to South Carolina from Illinois. She loves the Low Country, weather and people. Most weekends you can find her at the Beach, her most favorite pastime. Travel, family time, new adventures with friends and her “Foodie” addiction would round out her top 5 favorites.
Lisa comes to New Heights Property Management bringing 17 plus years of Property Management experience from the multi family side of the industry. She has prides herself on her customer relationships, fair housing record, and a “whatever it takes” motto. She enjoys working closely with team members, homeowners and tenants to ensure the best rental experience.
Anna Cogdill Property Manager
Meet Our Property Manager: Anna Cogdill
Anna was born and raised in South Carolina and moved to Charleston in 2013. Soon after, she graduated with a degree in visual arts with a major in photography. Before joining New Heights, she worked in the retail industry, while also maintaining her photography business on the side.
Anna joined our team in March 2019 as a Property Manager. She enjoys helping other people and looks forward to serving our customers and growing in the property management industry. In her free time, you can find Anna at the beach, reading a book, taking a day trip, or spending time with her friends and family.
Rachel Wetherington Executive Assistant
Meet Our Executive Assistant and Accounting Clerk: Rachel Wetherington
Rachel has been with New Heights Property Management in various roles since 2013. Currently, she serves as the Executive Assistant to the Broker and the Accounting Clerk. Rachel is passionate about working together with the rest of the team at New Heights to provide exceptional service to customers, clients, and business partners of New Heights Property Management. After attending college in upstate South Carolina, Rachel recently relocated back to the Charleston area, where she grew up. When she is not working, she can often be found at a watching a baseball game, attending a soccer match, or enjoying one of Charleston’s majestic beaches.
William Lagno Maintenance Technician

Bill is from northern New Jersey and moved to the Charleston area in 2015. He has extensive experience in service and customer service in different high tech fields. Bill joined New Heights soon after relocating, and has excelled in multiple roles with the company. Bill’s free time is spent with family and friends. He enjoys playing pool with the guys and golfing. He also loves doing home improvement project and fixing things around the house.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Nate possesses ten years of experience in office management and three years experience as a staff accountant. After graduating from Ohio State University, he moved to the Charleston area with his wife to be closer to her family. Nate has been working with New Heights as a Bookkeeper since October of 2019. He enjoys working with the company because of the easy commute, friendly co-workers, and the low-stress atmosphere. In his free time, Nate enjoys watching and playing sports, reading a good book, and spending time with his wife, whom he has been married to for over six years.

Martin Conducta has been in the sales and business development industry for over 7 years. He spent 6 months in Dubai as a Marketing Executive, which was an amazing opportunity for him to further his career. Eager to return to his family, he came back to the Philippines and started working with New Heights Property Management. Martin’s father is a real estate broker, and his experiences have provided Martin with insight and excitement to his role with New Heights. Martin enjoys working with potential clients during their search for a new home. It’s his goal to c reate a convenient and solution-focused interaction with every customer he interacts with. Martin spends his free time with his loved ones, going to church on Sundays, eating together at different restaurants, and watching Netflix TV Series and Movies.
